Wade began his career in Wade Leslieoutdoor advertising as a sales representative with McWhorter Advertising (Huntington, WV) in 1987. In 1989, Wade entered the banking profession and spent the next eight years working in the fields of finance and healthcare administration.

Wade joined Kanawha Valley Advertising in 1997 as Vice President/General Manager. A graduate of the University of Rio Grande and Wright State University with a BA in finance and a Master of Business Administration respectively,

Wade is excited about the future growth opportunities for Kanawha Valley Advertising and is looking forward to serving you.

Sam ParkinsSam began his professional career as a certified public accountant serving individual and small business clients in the Kanawha Valley. In 1994, Kanawha Valley Advertising Company began its relationship with Sam due to the retirement of its previous CPA.

In 1999, Sam sold his accounting practice and accepted a position with the Company as lease manager. Since then, Sam's duties have expanded to include the oversight of the company accounting department.

He is pleased to be a part of the KVA team and is optimistic about the company's future success.

Sam enjoys boating, bow hunting and other outdoor activities in his free time.

Frank WilliamsFrank joined the team at West Virginia Outdoor in November, 2010 as General Sales Manager.  With over 10 years in the advertising business, Frank spent nearly 9 years of that time in the outdoor business.  A short term in television and radio sales convinced Frank that outdoor is where his heart is.  When WV Outdoor called, Frank says, “I was ready to jump back into the billboard business with both feet!” 

Frank studied religion and history and received a B.A. with honors from Bob Jones University in Greenville, SC.  Frank likes to say that “selling outdoor is not rocket science…it’s just a big sign by the roadside and a certain number of cars drive by it every day!  It is the most practical and cost efficient form of advertising you can buy.”  Frank and his wife, Dianna, have two children, Erica and Ben.  He enjoys all sports and loves hunting, fishing, camping, tennis, softball, biking, and playing guitar.

A passion for quality and the drive to reap positive results for her customers is the best way to describe Mona.  Details, details---it’s all about making sure each detail is taken care of.   She is relentless in responsibly crafting the best possible billboard campaigns for her customers, constantly cognizant of their budget, and advertising requests. 

After an extensive career in higher education administration in West Virginia and Florida, Mona leaped out of the management box, and landed squarely in the sales arena, which has become her new passion.  To meet new people every day, listen to what they want, and then use her experience and education to deliver a top notch ad campaign is rewarding every single day.  Each day is different, exciting, and ensures that her learning experiences never end.

Outside of work, she loves going to movies, reading, relaxing and spending time with her husband, son, and extended family in their frequent gatherings.

Lane has been an Account Executive with West Virginia Outdoor in our Lane FowlerKanawha Valley Advertising division for over 12 years where he has successfully assisted hundreds of businesses all over the state of West Virginia and portions of southern Ohio to reach their customers through the power of outdoor advertising!   Lane is very effective in understanding his customer’s specific advertising need and in partnering with them to provide a comprehensive presence utilizing outdoor media!

Lane is originally from upstate South Carolina and now resides in West Virginia where he is a passionate outdoorsman.  He loves hunting, fishing and spending time with his wife, Andrea, and their family.

John joined West Virginia Outdoor as the General Manager of our River City division 7 years ago after working in the outdoor advertising business for 17 years.  Over the years, he has successfully developed and nurtured long-term professional relationships with local, regional and national businesses. 

From the build, to the sale, to the install, John likes to say “I’ve done it all!”  Service is the most important facet of billboard advertising to John.  He will take the time to make sure you are satisfied with your Outdoor experience. John says, “If you look good on our boards – then we look good."

John, his wife Cheryl, and their golden retriever, Brewster, enjoy college sports, golfing and supporting their community by volunteering for numerous charities in the area.

Sarah Sang, General Manager of PBM Advertising in Parkersburg WV, joined the WV Sarah SangOutdoor team in 2008.  Sarah is a graduate of Marshall University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, emphasizing in Management & Marketing and has recently attained her Masters in Business Administration from the University of Rio Grande. 

Since her start at PBM, Sarah has become a part of the Mid-Ohio Valley Community.  She has served as president of Business Networking International; she is also an active member of both the Mid-Ohio Valley Chamber of Commerce and the Marietta Area Chamber of Commerce. 

One of Sarah’s many keys to success is developing lasting relationships with her customers.  Sarah is eager to develop an efficient and effective outdoor plan that is specifically designed around your business needs!

Outside of PBM, Sarah enjoys traveling with her husband Beau, spending time with their family, photography, skiing, and cycling.

Wayne began work with Alleghany Poster Company in 1966 as a billposter and laborer. Over the years, Wayne has worked his way up the ladder from mowing, posting, leasing, selling, and building signs to managing all aspects of that division as the General Manager of Alleghany Poster Company.  

Wayne also served 15 years as the County Commissioner of Preston County, WV.  Wayne values the friends and acquaintances that he has made over the years through his experience with outdoor advertising.  He also looks forward to providing the same quality service in the future.  In his spare time, Wayne enjoys carpentry and mechanical work, his grandchildren, and traveling with his wife, Joanne.
